Welcome to Wheels Manufacturing, one of the world’s largest suppliers of high-quality bicycle derailleur hangers, small parts, repair parts, and specialty tools. We started in 1988 in Boulder, Colorado as a small machine shop producing cog removal tools and chain ring spacers, and quickly grew into a large-scale manufacturing facility producing a full line of small parts totaling over 1000 products. We are now located in Louisville, Colorado, about 10 miles from our original location.
At Wheels Manufacturing they strive to meet the demands of today’s cyclists and service centers. They have real cyclists working in our facility, willing and able to tackle any technical questions that might arise during your repair or build. Have a question?
All of the products are made to exact tolerances with the highest quality materials. Wheelmfg have an extensive range of equipment in their machine shop, including CNC mills and lathes, as well as a large array of manual machines and equipment. The parts deburring and polishing room completes the finishing process to make our products look their best.
